8. Eye Hospital – (Ophthalmic Centre or Eye Centre)
9. Eye Clinic or Optical Centre
10. Mortuary Services
11. Mobile Clinics
12. Advanced Life Support Services
13. Home Care Services
14. Industrial Clinic
15. Dialysis center
16. Alternative Medical Services
17. Assisted Reproductive Therapy
18. Diagnostic Centre
19. Special Diagnostic Centre
20. Radio Diagnostic Centre
21. Radiotherapy Centre. 22. Ambulance Services

- Facilities that have not renewed for one year and above should visit the unit
- No Clinic shall have more than 2 Beds
- Mobile Clinic admitting into the facility shall have the facility registered separately
- Any misinformation resulting in the miscategorization of a facility shall constitute a monitoring fine.
- Operating outside the registered category shall constitute a monitoring offense.
- Undeclared change of Operating Officer shall be an offense.
